0. 练太极应放松何处 9 major jonts to relax in TaiChi

Some questions to my dear friends, we all know or heard that the key to the sucess of taichi practice is 'Relax' - Song (in Chinese), what are the key joints we have to pay attention and Relax them each time?

9 Joints: Foot, Ankle, Knee, Hip, Waist, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hand. There are designed moves to help relax those joints. The questions are how? and Why?

TaiChi practice has become a part of our life. It brings a joyful start in each day, and brings friends together.

In Begining/Commencing Positing, some people feel this is the most easy move in the taichi movements.

Wrong! This move has so many techniques that may take you years to grasp the turth of it.

Here are some points to check:
How many breathings in this move?
How many moves inside this move?
In these moves, which one looses which joint?
Where is your focus to root the body?
How to loose the body part in sections?
